The perfect butter chicken sauce is the balance of fresh garam masala spices, rich tomatoes, ginger and garlic, all balanced in the pan with some cream. Perfect with everything!
Cooking Instructions

Simple Steps


Heat oil and butter and fry onion, add garlic and cook.

Blend tomatoes with cashews, add to pan, cook until thick.

add fresh ingredients and Butter Chicken Paste; cook for 1-2 mins.

Add water and simmer until fresh ingredient is cooked.

Finish with cream and coriander.

For a Classic Butter Chicken Curry for 2 using 50g paste:


1 small onion, chopped, 2 garlic cloves, chopped, 1 medium tomato quartered, 25g cashew nuts, 2 tbsp. double cream, 200g chicken, prawns, firm fish, lamb, vegetable or other, butter
