Transform the tofu at the back of your fridge with our irresistibly delicious Sticky Soy Teriyaki Sauce. A bite of crispy tofu, broccoli and red pepper all coated in an umami-rich teriyaki sauce is a match made in heaven. Don’t just salivate over this delicious recipe, but make it too!
Ingredients
  • 1 pack of The Spice Tailor Sticky Soy Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 300g firm tofu, diced or 300g chicken thighs, diced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced.
  • 1 small onion, chopped.
  • 150g small broccoli florets
  • Short grain white rice to serve (optional)

Garnishes:

  • 2 tsp. white sesame seeds
Method
  1. To prepare, place a pan or wok over a medium high heat and add 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Add the diced tofu and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden, then add the red pepper, onion and broccoli.
  2. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are starting to soften, then pour in the stir fry sauce from the packet and give everything a good stir so all ingredients are coated.
  3. Leave to heat through for a minute or so, then serve with short grain white rice and scatter sesame seeds over the top.
