Chicken Teriyaki with Udon Noodles
- 1 pack of The Spice Tailor Sticky Soy Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 300g chicken thighs, diced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 150g small broccoli florets
- 260g fresh udon noodles
Garnishes:
- 2 tsp. white sesame seeds
- To prepare, place a pan or wok over a medium high heat and add 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil. Add the diced chicken and fry for 3-4 minutes until golden, then add the onion and broccoli.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, then add in the red pepper. Once softened, pour in the stir fry sauce from the packet and give everything a good stir, so all ingredients are coated.
- Add in the Udon noodles and leave to heat through for a minute or so, then serve with sesame seeds scattered over the top.
