Fiery Goan Beef Stir-Fry
- 1 pack of The Spice Tailor Fiery Goan Curry
- 300g rump steak - sliced.
- 1 small red pepper - sliced into long strips.
- 100g tenderstem broccoli - trimmed.
- ½ red onion - thickly sliced
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok and fry the spices from the whole spice sachet for a few seconds.
- Add the steak and fry on a high heat for 2 minutes.
- Add the vegetables and fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the base and main sauces and mix well. Cook until well combined.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with rice.
