Southern Pepper Chicken Curry

- 1 pack of The Spice Tailor Southern Pepper Curry
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 325g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
- Handful of french beans, halved
- 1 (100g) medium tomato, chopped
- ¾-1 tsp freshly ground black pepper or to taste
- Handful of chopped fresh coriander
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the spices from the whole spice sachet. Cook for 20 seconds.
- Add in base and main sauces from the pouches, the chicken, beans and a splash of water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add in the tomatoes, black pepper and fresh coriander and cook until the chicken is cooked though, stirring often. Taste and adjust seasoning and serve.
