Cooking with The Spice Tailor
All you need to do is follow the instructions on our packs and you’ll have dinner on the table in mere minutes.
We have different collections of recipes using our kits on our website. This is regularly updated with new recipes to help inspire you, so be sure to keep your eyes peeled.
Our kits are very versatile and can be used in a slow cooker. However, depending on the ingredients you’re cooking with, you may need to add a splash of water to stop any sticking.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days of opening.
Our kits are tailored with whole spices, which you can either use or opt out of using. If you don’t like whole spices, grind these in a pestle and mortar and add them with the main sauce in step 3 (before final simmer). Alternatively, if left whole, remove them with a spoon before serving. Most of our kits come with a whole dried chilli. If you don’t like heat, you can leave this out. Or, if you want to make your curry extra spicy, grind the chilli and sprinkle this into the sauce while cooking.
