I'm not a fan of curry kits; I find them generally bland and ordinary, but I must say, The Spice Tailor Red Thai curry is something else. The key thing is that the base notes are authentic and rich, but it provides a base for dialling up the heat or fishiness.

In a word - Pukka. Restaurant quality.

So quick and simple to prepare, and I have to say this is the best shop bought curry sauce I have ever had. Fresh, tasty, no preservatives, and takes no time to prepare. It’s the first one I’ve had, but I’ll be back to stock up and buy a few more very soon.

Used this for the first time and am visiting the website to order a dozen kits. This was authentic tasting and easy. I used chicken broth and breasts instead of water and added baby corn and mushrooms. Served it over lime and cilantro rice. WOW!
